Case Design

Oblique is a successor to the OC-62 which originally ran in 2023.  The oblique takes heavy aesthetic inspiration from the OC-62 while having its own distinct look.  Oblique gets its' name from the intersecting faces visible from all angles of the keyboard.  It was designed to draw the eye to different parts of the board using angled faces and intersecting edges.

Mounting Design:

Oblique used 10 custom designed gaskets that press-fit into the top and bottom case for easy assembly.  These gaskets are provided in 30a, 60a and 90a durometers for customisable feel and sound.  They sandwich the plate on leaf spring or releaf cut tabs fully isolating the plate and PCB assembly from the case.
