Logistics Assistant

Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day fulfilment and inventory operations, ensuring orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders

  • Receive and organise incoming inventory

  • Assist with stock counts and inventory management

  • Prepare shipments for local and international couriers

  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and organised

  • Able to handle physical packing work

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Interest in mechanical keyboards is a plus

  • Prior logistics or fulfilment experience is an advantage, but not required

Marketing Executive

Role Overview
You’ll support Pantheonkeys’ marketing efforts across digital channels, helping to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that connect with both enthusiasts and first-time buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with social media content planning and posting

  • Write captions, product descriptions, and basic marketing copy

  • Support campaigns for product launches, group buys, and events

  • Coordinate with internal teams on promotions and announcements

  • Track basic performance metrics and engagement

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Familiarity with Instagram, Discord, and online communities

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Interest in keyboards, design, or lifestyle brands preferred

  • Prior marketing experience is a plus, but not required
