At Pantheon, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand our guidelines and procedures.
We would like to emphasize that all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or other extenuating circumstances. If you encounter any such issues, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel any order without reason if we suspect fraudulent activities or scalping. Additionally, we may cancel an order if a free shipping option was selected for items that are not currently in stock, such as group buy products.
Product Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will only be accepted if requested within 7 days after the product is marked as delivered, and items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, except in instances where we provide a shipping label, in which case the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will only be issued if the returned item passes our inspection. Once the refund is approved, you will be notified, and the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges and Cancellations
We do not offer exchanges, and all item cancellations will incur a 4% (Singapore) or 4.5% (International) cancellation fee. We cannot provide refunds for orders that have already been shipped, and please note that once the sales window for a group buy has closed, refunds due to a change of mind will not be available.
