Refunds & Returns
The sale of all items are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the event of a manufacturing defect or other extenuating circumstances in which case please reach out to email@example.com.
We reserve all rights to cancel your order with or without reasoning if we suspect you are scalping and / or committing fraudulent activities.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund requests will only be accepted within 7 days after product is marked as delivered.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event a return can be made, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item, if we provide you with a shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Purchases may not be exchanged.
All item cancellations will incur a 3.3% (Singapore) or 3.7% (International) cancellation fee.
We cannot provide refunds for orders that have been shipped.
Once group buy sales window has closed, you will be ineligible for a change of mind refund.
