- Once an order has been placed, changes to the customisation details may not be possible. However, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any change requests before the production process begins.

- Once an order has been placed, cancellation would not be allowed.

- Production time for custom cables will be within 7 to 28 working days time. It may vary depending on the complexity of the customisation and our current order volume.

- While we make every effort to meet the estimated production and delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays in fulfilling your order.

- Due to the customised nature of the product, we do not accept returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
