Before You Order

Estimated timeline
Group Buy and pre-order timelines are estimates. Production, freight, customs, and other unforeseen delays may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping

• Free shipping does not apply to Group Buy or pre-order products. Shipping is charged separately at checkout.
• If your order contains both in-stock and Group Buy / pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are ready. We do not automatically split shipments.
• Want your in-stock items sooner? Place them in a separate order.
• For international orders, shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates. If there is a significant and unforeseen increase in carrier surcharges or freight costs before dispatch, we may contact you regarding the additional amount.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled while the Group Buy is open. A 4% cancellation fee applies to Singapore orders and 4.5% to international orders.

Once the Group Buy has ended, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted.

Discounts
Discount codes and vouchers do not apply to Group Buy or pre-order products.

What's included
Your order includes only the items specifically listed on this product page. If it isn't listed, it isn't included.
