This formulation is custom made by experts with 17 years of experience in tech, guaranteeing crisp pattern edges and exceptional longevity against daily use. The black graphics make for an absolute striking contrast against the RAW aluminum.

Designed to withstand extreme conditions, the finish has passed rigorous durability testing, including boiling water, salt spray, cross-cut adhesion, and advanced abrasion.

Stone + Acid Wash: Reveal the Rough, Pure Aluminum

The AM Relic 80 top cover features physical stone washing and acid anodizing. This process reveals a raw, rugged texture with unique micro-marks.

We place the CNC-machined aluminum alloy into a high-frequency vibration grinder. We use specialized silicone tumbling media for 20 minutes. This physical polishing creates irregular, interwoven scratches.

Striking CNC Machining Grooves

We bypass standard sandblasting for the bottom cover. Instead, we turn raw CNC manufacturing marks into a core design feature.

We maintain absolute sharpness and reflectivity. To do this, we replace cutting tools after machining every 10 units. This strict standard ensures a premium industrial aesthetic.

4 hours of top cover CNC machining

A metal body is common on keyboards. However, these eroded corners are truly unique. Precision and uniformity are essential for this look. Our engineers spent months perfecting the CNC machining process.

We use a specialized ball cutter for the keyboard case. This tool ensures tight control and accuracy on every edge. The "random" erosion is actually a repeatable, scalable design. We apply it to every aluminum chassis with total consistency.

It takes nearly four hours to machine the top cover alone. This ensures a high-end industrial aesthetic for your custom mechanical keyboard.

The AM Relic 80 features a compact design with a Three-Stage Adjustable Leaf Spring Mount. Despite the limited space, our engineers perfected this internal structure.

Icy Silver Pro V3 Switches

The AM Relic 80 features the all-new Ice Silver Pro V3 switches. These mechanical switches use a faceted light guide and a transparent PA12 housing.

We added a crystalline effect to the housing for a superior RGB lighting experience.

The glow is clearer and more dazzling than standard switches. Meanwhile, the stem uses Y3.5 material for low friction.

This ensures a pure typing sound and smooth tactile feedback. It is the ultimate choice for a premium custom keyboard.
