Monsgeek M1 utilises a gasket mounting system to provide enhanced durability and a superior typing experience. Unlike many other keyboards in its price range, the M1's gasket mount delivers optimal flex within the case, resulting in a satisfying and tactile typing feel.

The M1 features a south-facing PCB that offers improved compatibility and customization options with Cherry profile keycaps. It also supports QMK and VIA, allowing for advanced cross-platform configuration, which is exclusively available on the international version of the M1.

For added sound dampening and a premium typing experience, the M1 includes a 3mm case foam made with Monsgeek's proprietary custom material that performs equally as well as poron. It is important to note that the thickness of the foam is customizable to personal preference, as using thicker foam may reduce the keyboard's flex.

V2 addresses the issue of misalignment between the JST connector and bottom case, while also incorporating alterations to the logo and nameplate on the bottom case.
